After obtaining a degree in General Humanities with an emphasis in engineering from Santa Clara University , John pursued a career in the construction industry to form All About Homes, Inc. Since then, John has inspected over 9,000 homes in the Bay Area, and has over 20 years of practical building experience. In addition, he is a licensed General Building Contractor and International Code Council (ICC) certified residential code specialist. John is considered by his peers as one the most throrough, concise, and professional inspectors in the residential construction industry today.

Milagros (Millie) R. Cruz, Administrative Manager

Millie has worked with All About Homes for 17 years, holds an Associates in Arts in Business Administration, and manages clients relations and administrative services. Her duties include, managing the inspector’s scheduling, administrative staff members, and overall product quality control. Millie’s goal is to provide, accurate, efficient, and timely service to clients and realtors.

Keith B. Dixon, Operations Manager

Keith has worked with All About Homes for 7 years. He is a graduate of the California State University at Sacramento with a B.A. in Organizational Communication, and a Minor in Business. In addition, Keith also holds an Associate in Arts from the College of San Mateo College. He has worked in various sales, administrative and operational management positions over the last 18 years and is experienced in business management. Keith’s responsibilities include, managing daily operations, which includes sales and marketing, human resources, and all information technology.

Eric J Syren, Residential Inspector

Eric is an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) certified inspector. He completed his ASHI certification within the first 13 months of employment with All About Homes, and also an 18 month inspector training program through Thompson Direct. Eric has over 1000 hours of field training with All About Homes, and 5 years experience working in home remodels and repairs. Eric’s goal is to provide his clients with accurate disclosure by providing a quality and detail oriented home inspection.
